{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, ordering forfeiture of bail bond and its subsequent entry of judgment against appellant, Richard Mayle, personally, for $60,000, as surety for defendant-appellee, Patrick Slider, who failed to appear for his scheduled criminal trial.
