{¶1} On or about December 3, 2007, appellee, Jamie Lee Taylor, received a Notice of New Classification and Registration Duties based on Ohio's Adam Walsh Act, R.C. 2950.01, et seq. The notice indicated that appellee was being classified as a Tier II sex offender.
