{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, which dismissed appellants' February 6, 2009 adoption petition. The disputed petition was filed germane to an adoption in which the trial court had previously made a best interest determination on December 7, 2007.
