Hale, appeal from the April 10, 2008 judgment entry of the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, denying their motion for default judgment, and from the November 21, 2008 judgment entry, in which the trial court entered judgment in favor of appellee, Steri-Tec Services, Inc.
