DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SWEENEY, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, granting a Civ.R. 12(B)(6) dismissal of appellants' claims regarding attendance at an alleged "public meeting." Because we conclude that the trial court properly granted the motion to dismiss, we affirm.
