Per Curiam.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Leah Selevan, the beneficiary of an irrevocable intervivos trust administered by her uncle, defendant-appellee, Lawrence Selevan, appeals from the judgment of the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court awarding her $15,000 and "the amount of money equal to all taxes and penalties due to the I.R.S." She raises two assignments of error for our review.
