{¶1} On July 15, 2005, appellee, Ira Grimes, Jr., pled guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Medina County, Ohio to one count of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02. By judgment entries filed August 30, 2005, the trial court sentenced appellee to seven years in prison, and classified him as a sexually oriented offender.
