OPINION

FARMER, P.J.

{¶1} On February 13, 2003, appellee, Richard Germann, Jr., pled guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County, Ohio to one count of attempted rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02 and 2923.02, and other charges. By judgment entries filed March 31, 2003, the trial court sentenced appellee to an aggregate term of four years in prison, and classified him as a sexually oriented offender.
