{¶1} Defendant-Appellant Ethan C. Strope appeals his conviction and sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a), by the Fairfield County Municipal Court. Plaintiff-Appellee is the State of Ohio. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the Fairfield County Municipal Court. STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND THE CASE
