Plaintiff-appellee, Wells Fargo Bank, NA ("Wells Fargo"), sued defendant-appellant, Darryl Warner, and defendant WSW Franchising, Inc. dba TravelPlex Intl Not, Inc. and TravelPlex ("WSW Franchising"), to collect the principal sum of approximately $22,000 plus accrued interest owed on a MasterCard BusinessCard.
