FARMER, P.J.
{¶1} On July 18, 1988, appellee, Andrew Diamond, pled guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio to one count of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05. The trial court sentenced appellee to one year in prison, and was subsequently classified as a sexually oriented offender.
