{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, James Brown, appeals from the trial court's Judgment Entry and Decree of Divorce filed on August 29, 2008. His ex-wife, Cori Brown, is the Plaintiff-Appellee.

{¶2} The parties were married on May 12, 1984, and three children were born as issue of the marriage. All three children reached the age of 18 prior to the divorce of the parties. Appellee is 54 years of age and...
