{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Robert Daughenbaugh, appeals the judgment of the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas revoking his judicial release and reimposing his prison term without granting jail-time credit for time served for a prior revocation of judicial release and reincarceration in two other counties on unrelated offenses.
