{¶1} Defendant-Appellant Norma Worley, fka Norma Zimmerman ("Worley") appeals from the March 16, 2009 Journal Entry of Judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Seneca County, Ohio determining that she has not established that she is an "innocent spouse" and awarding Plaintiff-Appellee John W.
