{¶1} Rebecca and Ernest Kinder appeal from a judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas dismissing their claim against Brian Zuzak and State Auto Insurance Company ("State Auto") in connection with an automobile accident. The trial court granted the defendants' motion to dismiss claiming the Kinders lacked standing to bring the suit because of their bankruptcy filing. For the following reasons, we reverse...
