FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On December 29, 2008, at approximately 8:30 a.m., plaintiff, Dominic Velotta, was traveling south on Interstate 271 between milemarkers 28 and 29 in Cuyahoga County, when his 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser struck a pothole causing rim damage to the vehicle.
