{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Dale Lebeth Lease, asserted she suffered property damage to her 2004 Chrysler Pacifica while driving through a construction area on Interstate 77 on May 15, 2008, May 30, 2008, and June 1, 2008. Plaintiff pointed out her vehicle was damaged from running over uneven pavement conditions or "bumps" in that roadway that had been created from milling the existing roadway...
