{¶1} Jonathon Day (hereinafter "Day") appeals the judgment of the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. The trial court found Day guilty of Aggravated Assault in violation of R.C. 2903.12(A)(1) and Gross Sexual Imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(1).
