{¶1} It's now been over ten years since someone murdered Hanna Hill, put her partly naked body in the trunk of her car, and parked that car in an Akron neighborhood. Denny Ross was indicted and tried for aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping, rape, tampering with evidence, and abuse of a corpse. His trial ended in a mistrial and confusion.
