OPINION
FARMER, P.J.
{¶1} On March 26, 1999, appellee, Craig Merriman, pled guilty in the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County, Ohio to one count of attempted rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02 and 2923.02. By judgment entry filed May 19, 1999, the trial court sentenced appellee, classified him as a sexually oriented offender, and ordered him to adhere to the reporting requirements set forth for said classification.
