YOUNG, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Cincinnati Insurance Company (CIC), appeals the Butler County Court of Common Pleas' decision to dismiss its complaint against defendant-appellee, Allstate Property & Casualty Insurance Company (Allstate), pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens.1 We affirm the trial court's decision.
