{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Todd Cornett, appeals the judgment of the Tiffin Municipal Court finding him guilty on one count of driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a), sentencing him to a sixty-day jail term, placing him on two years of community control, directing six points to be placed on his operator's license, and ordering him to pay a $250 fine.
