MARY EILEEN KILBANE, P.J.:
{¶ 1}Appellant, Lisa Zydowicz (Zydowicz), appeals the decision of the trial court to allow the expert of appellee, Jaclyn Addesso (Addesso), to testify even though she failed to meet the expert report deadline established by the court. After a review of the record and pertinent law, we affirm.
