{¶ 1} Anthony Kohler appeals from a judgment of the Miami County Court of Common Pleas, which found that the objections Mr. Kohler had filed to an Agreed Entry were a "nullity" and had "no legal effect" and which, in refusing to consider those objections, adopted an Agreed Entry presented by his former wife, Elizabeth Kohler.
