{¶1} Lizabeth Binns sued Sterling Jewelers Inc. for wrongful termination, but the trial court stayed the case pending arbitration. After the arbitrator dismissed Ms. Binns's claim as untimely, Ms. Binns moved the court to vacate or modify the arbitrator's decision. The court denied her motion.
