{¶1} On or about February 25, 2008, appellee, Dannie Cameron, received a Notice of New Classification and Registration Duties, based on Ohio's Adam Walsh Act, regarding his sex offender status. The notice indicated that appellee was being classified as a Tier II sex offender.
