{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Tiney Collins, appeals her conviction for assault. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} The grand jury indicted Collins on two counts: one count of felonious assault, a violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(1), and one count of domestic violence, a violation of R.C. 2919.25(A). Collins pled not guilty, and the matter proceeded to a jury trial...
