{¶1} Plaintiffs-Appellants, Tuscarawas Township Board of Trustees, appeals the July 25, 2008 judgment of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, affirming the decision of the Stark County Board of Commissioners to approve the annexation of 61.852 acres of property located in Tuscarawas Township into the City of Massillon.
