DONOFRIO, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Francis Martauz, appeals from a Mahoning County Court Number Five judgment convicting him of obstructing official business, after a bench trial.

{¶2} On February 25, 2008, Sheriff Deputy Eric Harris went to appellant's residence to serve him with papers regarding his divorce. He waited in a church parking lot near appellant's home for appellant to return from work...
