{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on Notice of Appeal of Raymond Pierre, filed March 18, 2009. On December 22, 2008, Pierre was indicted on one count of Tampering with Evidence in violation of R.C. 2921.12(A)(1), a felony of the third degree, and one count of Drug Possession in violation of 2925.11(A), a felony of the fifth degree.
