{¶1} Velma Hoover appeals from the decision of the Probate Court of Washington County appointing Jonathan C. Dehmlow as guardian of the person and estate of minor child P.D. (hereinafter "the Child"). On appeal, Hoover contends that the probate court abused its discretion when it granted Dehmlow's application for appointment as guardian. We disagree and find that the court did not abuse its discretion...
