{¶ 1} Relator, Robert Pamplin, filed this action in mandamus on March 30, 2009. He requests that this court compel respondent judge to dispose of the motions for jail time credit which Pamplin filed in State v. Pamplin, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case Nos. CR-498690, CR-501482 and CR-510862 on June 27, 2008.
