{¶ 1} Appellant, Ralph A. Pesta ("Pesta"), on behalf of the estate of Anthony J. Pesta, brings this appeal of the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees, City of Parma ("the City") and Aetna Construction Ltd. ("Aetna").
