¶{1} Defendant-appellant John Lake appeals from the decision of the Columbiana County Municipal Court denying his pretrial motions to suppress and to dismiss. Appellant argues that the officers who witnessed his minor misdemeanor traffic violations were incompetent to testify under R.C. 4549.14 because they were in an unmarked vehicle. This argument fails because the officers were not on duty for the main purpose...
