¶{1} Defendants-appellants Paul and Kimberly Jarvis appeal the decision of the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court which granted summary judgment to plaintiff-appellee Wells Fargo Bank without ruling on appellants' counterclaim. Appellants' sole argument on appeal is that the trial court should have adjudicated the counterclaim. However, appellants never sought leave to amend their answer to add the counterclaim...
