{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Lakeside Forest Association ("appellant" or "the association"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court denied appellant's motion for attorney fees pursuant to R.C. 2323.51, Ohio's Frivolous Conduct statute.
