POWELL, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Ricky L. Murray, Jr., appeals his conviction and sentence in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in violation of R.C. 2907.04(A). We affirm.
