{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from the judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court, which, following a trial to the bench on June 25, 2008, found appellant, Donna Warnka, guilty of permitting drug abuse, a misdemeanor of the first degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.13(B). Appellant was sentenced to a suspended six month sentence and court costs.
