{¶ 1} In this workers' compensation case, appellant, Mark A. Bennett, appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of his employer, Goodremont's, Inc., and the Administrator of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
