{¶ 1} James Sammons pled guilty to two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine, felonies of the fifth degree, and two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine in the presence of a juvenile, felonies of the fourth degree, in exchange for which a fifth charge — possession of crack cocaine, a second degree felony — was dropped.
