{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on Notice of Appeal of Andrew Hudson, filed June 11, 2008. On August 21, 2007, Hudson was indicted on two counts of Rape of a child less than thirteen (13) years of age, in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b), a felony of the first degree.
