{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Talmadge Arnold, Sr., filed June 5, 2008. On May 2, 2008, following a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Arnold was convicted of endangering children, in violation of R.C. 2919.22(B)(3).
