{¶ 1} Appellants, Larry and Joyce Boomershine, appeal the trial court's decision to award appellee American Viatical Services ("AVS") costs under Rule 54(D) of $1,845.93 for photocopying expenses and expenses to obtain transcripts of a deposition cited in its successful motion for summary judgment.
