{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jason Bonnell, pleaded guilty to a fourth degree felony count of endangering a child, admitting that he recklessly created a substantial risk to the health and safety of a six-month-old child who suffered permanent brain damage from shaken baby syndrome.
