{¶1} Appellant appeals from her conviction, in the Delaware Municipal Court, Delaware County, for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This is a nunc pro tunc opinion to correct scrivener's errors at ¶ 23 and ¶ 37 regarding denial of appellant's suppression motion. The relevant facts leading to this appeal are as follows.
