{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, and the parties' briefs. Appellant, Leland Arnold, appeals the decision of the County Court, Monroe County, Ohio that found him guilty of one count of aggravated menacing, and one count of reckless operation, and sentenced him accordingly.
