OPINION

FARMER, P.J.

{¶1} On December 18, 2007, the Ashland County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Shawnda Davis, on one count of possession of cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.11 and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of R.C. 2925.14. The drug paraphernalia count was subsequently dismissed.

{¶2} On June 27, 2008, appellant pled guilty to the remaining count. A sentencing hearing was held...
