{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Shannon D. Haynes, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying his "Motion to Vacate Judgment and Set Aside Sentence pursuant to Criminal Rule 33(A)(1) and State v. Colon (Ohio, 2008)." For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.
