{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notices of Appeal of James Huber, filed June 6, 2008, from case numbers 2006 CR 163 and 2006 CR 22B, in Miami County. Huber pled no contest to breaking and entering, theft, possession of drugs, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of corrupt activity, and he received an aggregate 12 year sentence.
