OPINION

FAIN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant United Propane Gas, Inc. (UPG) appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Berry Network, Inc. (Berry). The trial court awarded Berry $116,245.19 for UPG's breach of a settlement agreement, and also awarded Berry $15,524.07 in attorney fees and costs.
